Israeli chip company Valens Semiconductor to lay off nearly 10% of its workforce

Gelonghui, January 28th|Israeli chip company Valens Semiconductor announced on January 28th local time that it will implement an operational efficiency improvement plan, laying off about 10% of staff across multiple departments. It is expected to save approximately $5 million in annual operating costs. The plan is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026.
