According to a report by Bijie Network: Bitcoin's price remains stable, while altcoins such as Hyperliquid's HYPE token and Solana's JTO have surged significantly, with JTO recording its largest single-day gain since December 2023. This rally coincides with the US Dollar Index dropping to a four-year low, a development that has historically acted as a catalyst for cryptocurrency strength. Derivatives data shows that bullish positions in major tokens persist, but there is an increased demand for downside risk hedging in bitcoin options. Among altcoins, the AI meme coin PIPPIN led the gains with a 64% increase, and the broader altcoin index also significantly outperformed bitcoin.
