Investor optimism is currently at about the 67th percentile, with its proprietary risk appetite index rising to the highest level since April 2021. Capital is flowing comprehensively into high-risk assets, equity allocations remain positive, and international funds are accelerating inflows into Europe, Japan, and emerging markets.
