According to Odaily, Christopher Wong, FX strategist at OCBC Group Research, stated in a research report that silver will enter a structural bull market in 2026, benefiting from multiple factors such as resilient industrial demand. "The price movement has validated our previous medium-term outlook—under the conditions of tightening physical supply, robust industrial demand, and a supportive macro environment, silver prices have risen as expected," the strategist said. He added, "The speed and magnitude of this rally have exceeded expectations, mainly driven by changes in regulatory policies, continued lack of supply elasticity, and stronger-than-expected industrial demand momentum." OCBC has significantly raised its silver price forecast for Q1 2026 from the previous $76/ounce to $117/ounce. (Golden Ten Data)
