PANews, January 16 – According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed TON treasury company AlphaTON Capital has announced a fundraising of $15 million through the registration and issuance of common shares, with a total of 15,000,000 common shares issued at a price of $1 per share. HC Wainwright & Co. serves as the exclusive placement agent for this offering. The company stated that the net proceeds from this offering are planned to be used to expand Cocoon AI's GPU deployment, supplement working capital, and for general corporate purposes.
