On January 16, the 228th Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developer Meeting (ACDE) discussed topics related to the Glamsterdam upgrade, including the decision to delay EIP-7843 (slot opcode) within the scope of BALs Devnet-2, the rejection of seven proposed EIPs from being included in Glamsterdam, and the consideration of EIP-7954 (adjusting contract size from 24KB to 32KB). The meeting decided to continue advancing the details of the Glamsterdam upgrade, with the goal of finalizing the scope as soon as possible.
