Leading technology stocks generally rose, with certain exchange-related stocks such as ASML up 6.8%, bringing its total market capitalization above $52 billions; TSMC rose 4%, and Micron Technology increased by 3%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose by 0.1%.
