Rhode Island proposes bitcoin tax exemption bill
Foresight News reported, according to Bitcoin Archive, that the U.S. state of Rhode Island has proposed a Bitcoin tax exemption bill. The bill would eliminate state income tax and capital gains tax on small Bitcoin transactions with annual trading volumes not exceeding $20,000.
