Bitget has implemented an update to its VIP program, focusing on a redesigned user interface and consolidated access to member benefits. The update introduces a new VIP hub within the app, featuring updated visual indicators such as badges and cards, and a layout intended to simplify the tracking of fees and privileges across the platform’s product suite.

The updated hub prioritizes fee visibility, specifically highlighting discounts for high-volume traders. Bitget reports that these tiers may offer fee reductions of up to 67% compared to industry competitors. Key changes also include consolidated rewards. VIP-specific programs, including monthly airdrops and token incentive campaigns like Launchpool and PoolX, have been grouped into a centralized pathway for easier access.

Alongside trading benefits, VIP members can access the VIP Premier Wealth Hub, a suite of customized earn products designed for larger allocations that unlock higher annual yields. The upgraded experience also makes VIP status and privileges instantly visible through a redesigned VIP page and in-app interface, including VIP badges, cards, and clearer UI cues that improve day-to-day usability. The redesign aims to integrate VIP benefits across spot, futures, and tokenized stocks within Bitget’s Universal Exchange (UEX) framework.

Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, commented: “This upgrade brings together lower fees and clearer privileges with the access and tools serious traders rely on, so VIPs can manage and grow assets across crypto, tokenized products, and other emerging markets through one unified UEX platform.”

Beyond digital tools, service remains a core pillar, with dedicated ‘Relationship Manager’ support for faster execution, tailored solutions, and priority assistance, plus access to private global events and industry networking opportunities.

The stronger-than-expected U.S. September PMI, international crude oil prices returning above $100, and Fed governors signaling possible rate hikes have all negatively impacted the bond market. The disappointing 5-year Treasury auction has further worsened market sentiment. The psychological barrier of a 5% yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury is losing its significance as a "ceiling," with the market now starting to discuss a potential 6%. In addition to rate hike expectations, fiscal and supply pressures are also driving up long-term bond yields.

According to reports, the Trump administration considered a 90-day diesel export ban, but this was later denied, with the US Secretary of Energy openly opposing it.

On Wednesday, according to Politico, the Trump administration was preparing a 90-day ban on diesel exports. Shortly after, Reuters reported that the United States was not preparing to implement such a ban. On the same day, the U.S. Secretary of Energy stated that banning diesel exports would "definitely not work," as it would force refineries to cut production, thereby driving up gasoline and jet fuel prices. After Politico's report, U.S. diesel futures fell by more than 7% before rebounding slightly, but the losses were not fully recovered.
