If the Hyperliquid burn proposal passes, $1 billion worth of HYPE will be burned, reducing the circulating supply by 13%.

According to Odaily, on-chain data shows that the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund address currently holds 37,114,029 HYPE, with a corresponding value of approximately $1.01 billions. If the Hyperliquid Foundation's burn proposal passes, it will reduce HYPE's circulating supply by 13%.

Previously, it was reported that the Hyper Foundation has proposed a validator vote to confirm whether to burn the HYPE tokens held by the Assistance Fund, thereby permanently removing them from both the circulating and total supply.
