Jinse Finance reported that Layer1 blockchain SKALE has built an AI-oriented Layer3 blockchain using Layer2 Base. According to project representatives, this network, called SKALE on Base, is "specifically built for agent workloads," particularly the x402 payment protocol, which was incubated by a certain exchange and designed specifically for artificial intelligence.
