MegaETH: No longer pursuing the $1 billion cap plan, will add a withdrawal feature

Jinse Finance reported that MegaETH issued an official statement clarifying, "We encountered unexpected issues during the process, so we will no longer proceed with the 1 billion USD cap plan.
