Vaneck submits S-1 amendment for its BNB spot ETF, ticker set as VBNB
BlockBeats News, November 25, according to information from the SEC official website, Vaneck submitted an updated S-1 filing for its BNB spot ETF on November 21, with the ETF trading code set as VBNB. According to Reuters, after approval, this ETF will be listed on Nasdaq.
It is worth noting that submitting an updated S-1 filing (usually marked as S-1/A, i.e., S-1 Amendment) is a very important positive signal in the ETF approval process. Issuers only submit the S-1/A to respond and make modifications after receiving an official Comment Letter from the SEC.
