Hyperion DeFi Signs Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald and Others to Raise $500 Million Through Stock Sale
Nasdaq-listed company Hyperion DeFi has announced the signing of sales agreements with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Chardan Capital Markets, LLC to issue and sell its common shares through these two sales agents to raise $500 million. The new funds will support its further expansion and operations, as well as for increasing holdings of HYPE tokens.
