According to Jinse Finance, monitored by Lookonchain, the "whale who once borrowed coins to short 66,000 ETH" has once again purchased 16,937 ETH, worth $53.91 million. The cumulative amount purchased has reached 422,175 ETH, with a total value of $1.34 billion.
