International Business Settlement to further acquire up to 200 million HKD worth of Bitcoin
Jinse Finance reported that International Business Settlement (00147) has issued an announcement stating that, as part of the Group's investment in cryptocurrency and related business development plans, on October 16, 2025, the Board of Directors resolved to further acquire Bitcoin at a time and price deemed appropriate by the directors, within a two-month period from the date of this announcement. The total consideration payable for the potential acquisition shall not exceed HKD 200 millions, an amount determined with reference to the Group's financial position.
