Strategy: Bitcoin Holdings Yielded $3.9 Billion in Profits in Q3
Jinse Finance reported that Strategy Inc. co-founder and executive chairman Michael Saylor stated on Monday that the company achieved a massive fair value gain of $3.9 billion on its bitcoin holdings in the third quarter of this year. According to Saylor's latest update, the company holds 640,031 bitcoins, with an average purchase price below $74,000 per coin. Based on bitcoin's market price as of Sunday, these holdings are valued at approximately $79 billion.
