U.S. stocks opened with the Dow Jones flat, S&P 500 up 0.3%, and AMD surging 35%.
ChainCatcher news, according to Golden Ten Data, at the opening of the US stock market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average opened flat, the S&P 500 Index rose by 0.3%, and the Nasdaq Composite Index increased by 0.5%. AMD surged by 35% after announcing a chip supply agreement with OpenAI, with the latter expected to acquire up to a 10% stake in AMD. Nvidia opened down 1%, while Intel rose by 2%.
