Jinse Finance reported that, according to Cointelegraph, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a No-Action Letter to DoubleZero, confirming that its 2Z token does not need to be registered as an equity security, and that the related programmatic flows do not constitute securities transactions.
