According to ChainCatcher, Bloomberg Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas has revealed that Rex is applying for a BNB staking ETF under the Investment Company Act of 1940 ("40 Act"), similar to the REX-Osprey SOL spot ETF (SSK).
