SBI Holdings Signs Share Transfer Agreement with Certain Existing Shareholders of an Exchange
According to a report by Jinse Finance, SBI Holdings has announced that it has signed a share transfer agreement with certain existing shareholders of CoinPost, a company engaged in Web3-related media and event businesses. Through this transaction, SBI Holdings will acquire a majority stake in CoinPost, making it a consolidated subsidiary of SBI Holdings. The merger is expected to be completed by October 1, 2025, pending the completion of all necessary share transfer procedures.
