Top Win International Raises $10 Million to Purchase Bitcoin
According to Jinse Finance, Nasdaq-listed Top Win International has announced the completion of a $10 million financing round, led by WISELINK CO., LTD. Chad Koehn, founder of United Capital Management, along with four other undisclosed private investors, also participated. It is reported that the financing will be conducted in the form of three-year convertible bonds, and the funds raised will be used to implement a Bitcoin capital strategy and purchase Bitcoin.
