Over 90 Million Americans Can Now Add Cryptocurrency to Their 401(k) Plans
According to a report by Jinse Finance, citing @BTCTN, the U.S. 401(k) plan is undergoing a major transformation. It now includes cryptocurrencies, private equity, and real estate, with new regulations aimed at diversification. Over 90 million Americans can now add cryptocurrencies to their 401(k) plans. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will clarify relevant regulations within 180 days. While returns may be higher, there is also greater volatility and fiduciary responsibility involved.
