On August 8, Animoca Brands and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Animoca Brands") announced the completion of a strategic investment in the NFT brand Cool Cats Group. Following the investment, Animoca Brands and Coin Operated Group will hold a majority stake in Cool Cats Group.
