Internal emails obtained through the Freedom of Information Act indicate that Quintenz may have accessed confidential CFTC information while serving as a board member of the prediction market platform Kalshi, raising ethical concerns.
The White House has requested the Senate Agriculture Committee to postpone the originally scheduled nomination vote.
