According to Decrypt, former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Jay Clayton is currently overseeing the trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm, which is set to begin on Monday. Storm faces charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering and evading U.S. sanctions.
