According to Foresight News, Ember monitoring has reported that a certain address withdrew 17,925 ETH (approximately $50 million) from an exchange in the past half hour, and has accumulated a total withdrawal of 72,050 ETH, worth about $200 million, over the past 22 hours. Each withdrawal was approximately $10 million or $20 million worth of ETH, suggesting that the address may have purchased ETH and then transferred it to an on-chain address.
