Stablecoin concept stocks continue to rise as a certain exchange surges over 8%

According to Jinse Finance, one exchange surged over 8% on Tuesday, while another exchange rose more than 5%. In terms of news, Hong Kong's "Stablecoin Regulation" will come into effect on August 1, at which time the Hong Kong Monetary Authority will begin accepting license applications.
