1confirmation Founder: Strongly Supports Ethereum, Says Building ETH Treasuries Could Benefit Enterprises
2025/07/05 16:03According to ChainCatcher, Nick Tomaino, founder of 1confirmation, stated in a post today that his team firmly supports Ethereum, as the entire industry cannot continue to progress without it. He emphasized that the values of credible neutrality, open source, and permissionless innovation must be continuously inherited and promoted.
Tomaino pointed out that some current popular trends, such as venture capital chains and enterprises adopting Ethereum treasury strategies, are not directly related to these values, but that does not mean they are bad. He cited Hal Finney’s view from 33 years ago: “Computers can be used to liberate and protect people, not to control them.”
