Data: Ancient Whale Holds 40,000 BTC, with 10,000 Still Dormant
2025/07/04 13:27According to ChainCatcher, on-chain analyst Yujin has detected that an ancient whale moved three Bitcoin addresses that had been dormant for over 14 years today, with each address containing 10,000 BTC. Through associated address analysis, it was found that this whale still holds another address with 10,000 BTC that has not been moved, meaning their total holdings amount to at least 40,000 BTC, which is worth approximately $4.35 billion at current prices.
The value of these Bitcoins was very low 14 years ago, but has now increased by about 66,000 times.
