Anthony Pompliano: Officially Filed 8-K Seeking Regulatory Approval for ProCap BTC Merger
According to Jinse Finance, crypto investor Anthony Pompliano announced on the X platform that he has officially submitted an 8-K filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking approval for the proposed business merger between ProCap BTC, LLC and Columbus Circle Capital Corp. If approved, the merged entity will be listed as the new company "ProCap Financial" with the stock ticker "CCCM" upon completion of the transaction.
