According to the official announcement, UK-listed company The Smarter Web Company has completed a strategic investment round, raising £3.795 million (approximately $4.9 million). The financing was achieved by issuing 766,719 new ordinary shares at a price of £4.95 per share. The company expressed excitement about welcoming this strategic investor as a shareholder. On June 19, it was reported that The Smarter Web Company increased its Bitcoin holdings by 104.28 BTC, bringing its total holdings to 346.63 BTC.
