CoinShares Files S-1 Registration Statement for Spot Solana ETF
According to a post by Bloomberg Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas on X, CoinShares submitted an S-1 filing for a spot Solana ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this morning. He noted that CoinShares is likely the eighth institution to file for a Solana ETF.
