U.S. Treasury Official: May Budget Expenditures Hit Record High for the Month
A U.S. Treasury official stated that budget expenditures in May reached a record high for that month. U.S. customs tax revenue hit a record $23 billion in May, an increase of $17 billion year-over-year, nearly quadrupling from the previous year.
