MemeCore announces acquisition of KOSDAQ-listed company to enter the Korean market
According to Chainwire, MemeCore announced the initiation of an acquisition process for a KOSDAQ-listed company, aiming to enter the Korean market.
This acquisition will help MemeCore obtain ISMS certification and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration in Korea, laying the foundation for building a robust dApp ecosystem in the country. After the acquisition is completed, MemeCore plans to launch MRC-20 token services and community-driven dApps.
