According to a report by Jinse Finance, Federal Reserve's Logan stated that the Fed should focus on achieving the 2% inflation target and not attempt to make up for past instances where inflation fell short. The Fed should consider how to better communicate key risks, uncertainties, and policy responses to support the conclusion of the flexible average inflation targeting regime.
