According to Lookonchain monitoring, the whale is still accumulating ETH. A whale withdrew 1,900 ETH worth $3.1 million from CEX an hour ago. Since February 15, the whale has withdrawn 48,477 ETH ($100.35 million) from CEX, currently losing $21 million. Meanwhile, after a year of silence, 0x3bd2 withdrew 2,600 ETH ($4.26 million) from CEX.
