Analyst: Bitcoin May Repeat 2020's Crash and Rally Model
According to analysts at CoinShares, Bitcoin's current trend may be repeating the 2020 crash rally pattern. Bitcoin has fallen 30 per cent from its late January highs, with net inflows into exchange-traded funds (ETFs) down 10 per cent from their peak, amid geopolitical shocks triggered by a tariff dispute. Analysts say that despite the current macroeconomic pressures and bearish technical signals, this downtrend is similar to that of 2020, when a deep pullback was followed by a strong rally fuelled by a shift in monetary policy and investor optimism. According to analysts, while the current challenges are different from those of the New Crown crisis, the fundamental dynamics are strikingly similar.
