according to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa monitoring, an ICO whale with 25.49 thousand $ETH became active again after a month. 15 minutes ago, they deposited 7000 ETH ($10.16 million) to Kraken, possibly for selling. Their cost basis is as low as $0.31, and they currently hold 23,069 ETH.
