Bitcoin.com News posted on social media that California legislator Juan Carrillo Valencia has proposed Bill No. AB-1052, also known as the "Bitcoin Rights Act". The aim is to secure financial freedom for 40 million Americans, protect the rights of Bitcoin holders, enable penalty-free payments, and establish genuine custodial rules for lost assets.
