U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent spoke at the White House Cryptocurrency Summit, stating: "We will deeply consider the stablecoin system. As directed by President Trump, we will maintain America's position as the world's leading reserve currency and we will use stablecoins to achieve this."
