The three major U.S. stock indices all closed higher, with the Dow Jones up 0.52%, the Nasdaq up 0.7%, and the S&P 500 index up 0.55%. Most large tech stocks rose, with Broadcom rising over 8%, Nvidia nearly 2%, and Apple over 1%.
