Polkadot 2025 Roadmap Update: DOT as a universal fee token completed, fast unstaking in progress
Polkaworld has released an updated roadmap for Polkadot in 2025, and the ongoing roadmap work mainly includes: XCMv5, smart contracts on Asset Hub, elastic expansion being tested on Westend, initial version of JAM Rust SDK released, and fast unbonding (vTokens' original function has been completed since 2022). Completed roadmap work mainly includes: unified address format, DOT as a universal fee token.
