pump.fun sued again for violating US securities laws

According to US cryptocurrency law firm Burwick Law, Burwick Law and @WolfPopperLLP have filed a second lawsuit on behalf of investors against the pump.fun platform, accusing it of violating US securities laws by allegedly offering unregistered securities to investors.
Burwick Law stated, 'The core function of pump.fun is to collaborate with influential people to jointly publish and market unregistered securities, and the inherent nature of its operations lies in the new evolution of Ponzi schemes and pull-up shipping plans.'
Previously, the US law firm plans to launch a legal action against Pump.fun, claiming that it is suspected of fraud.
