According to Onchain Lens monitoring, the Bhutan government address has transferred 406.074 Bitcoins to QCP Capital, worth about 40 million US dollars.
Currently, this address still holds 12,202 Bitcoins, with a market value of approximately 1.2 billion US dollars.
