According to WhaleAlert monitoring, Tether Treasury minted an additional 2 billion USDT on the Ethereum network early this morning.

According to AXIOS: Overall, the momentum of U.S. oil export operations remains strong. The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Kuwait have already joined, and Saudi Arabia is also expected to participate. U.S. officials said that Qatar is also expected to begin delivering liquefied natural gas to the U.S. via U.S.-protected routes soon.
