Election officials in Gwinnett County, Georgia, USA, say the number of voters casting ballots in this election is expected to exceed the 2020 total. Nearly 35,000 voters had cast ballots as of 10:30 a.m. ET, and county officials expect to reach 95,000 votes on Election Day, thus matching the 2020 total. Historical data shows that 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. is the busiest time for voting in the county, and election officials believe that will be the case this year as well.
