EURC Stablecoin Mintage Surpasses Record High of 90 Million, Market Cap Nears $100 Million
On Oct. 24, The Block reported that the supply of EURC, the euro stablecoin issued by Circle, hit a record high of more than 90 million coins, with a current market capitalization of nearly $100 million. According to relevant data, EURC has a current circulation of 91.8 million coins and a market capitalization of $99.2 million.
Patrick Hansen, Circle's senior director of EU strategy and policy, said on social media platform X: “EURC has become the largest euro stablecoin by market capitalization and its dominance is growing. This is the first time EURC has surpassed €90 million in circulating supply.”
