Former Celsius CEO to Return to Court for Trial on November 13th
On October 24, Cointelegraph reported that former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky will return to court on November 13 for oral arguments on his motion to dismiss fraud and market manipulation charges.Mashinsky was arrested in July 2023 and faces seven counts of manipulating the price of Celsius tokens, CELs felony charges related to the manipulation of the Celsius token CEL price.
