About 21 hours ago, bitcoin mining firm Cipher Mining tagged an address to transfer 57.977 BTC, valued at about $3.96 million, to Franklin Templeton's spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund, the EZBC Bitcoin ETF, according to Arkham monitoring data.
